You Matter UK Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Gift vouchers are redeemable only against the following services:

   • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

   • Infrared Sauna

   • Reiki Healing

   • Reiki Training Courses

   • Life Coaching

   • Counselling

2. Gift vouchers cannot be used towards:

   • Aqua Fit

   • Aqua Calm

   • Sound Healing sessions

   • Gong Baths

   • Workshops

   • Events

   • Guest practitioner services

   • Special events or any other sessions not listed above.

3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.

5. If the value of the chosen service exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.

6. Bookings are subject to availability.

7. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

8. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

9. You Matter UK reserves the right to amend the services available for redemption where necessary. If a service is withdrawn or unavailable, vouchers remain valid against the eligible services listed above.
